    W34-70 Lager Yeast

    Saflager W-34/70 allows to brew beers with a good balance of floral and fruity aromas and gives clean flavours and high drinkable beers. 

    We find this yeast works surpirsingly well above normal lagering temperatures. We've made pretty tasty, only slightly estery lagers at fermentation temperatures around 21°C. This yeast also makes a fantastic cream ale. 

    Fermentation Temperature: 11°c - 14.5°c

    Storage: Cool, Dry conditions (<10°c)

    Floculation: High

    Residual Sugars: 5 g/l at attenuation of 83%

    Dosage Instructions: 80-120 g/hl
