IPA Hops
Getting the right hops for an IPA is critical. There have been so many new hop varieties released in the last few years that have been game changers. First, there was Citra and Mosaic. Now newer ones like Sabro, Strata, El Dorado, and Galaxy take up another level. A lot of these hops add the coveted citrus/stone fruit/juiciness that is all the rage right now in IPAs.
And remember, these hops are most effective flavour wise if you add them at the end of the boil, in whirlpool, or as a dry hop!
