    Lagering - It is one of the most challenging styles of beer to make. This is mostly due to the specific yeast they require and the challenges that come with that. These yeasts are all designed to be used in the production of lagers, Pilsners, and Kolsch's. Some require very specific temperature control, others like KRISPY can be fermented warm.
