Grains
Our grains are sourced from a wide range of high end reputable maltsters. These companies include Weyermann, Rahr, Gambrinus, Simpsons, Crisp, Dingemans, Briess and Crisp. These same grains are used by some of the best craft breweries in Canada (including our friends at Royal City!). Our grains are always fresh and stored in ideal conditions. We package them in resealable bags, and are more than happy to mill them (for free!) upon request.
