    Making a cider? Have we got some yeasts for you.

    Most online resources recommend fermenting with EC-1118 (otherwise known as Champagne yeast). While we love 1118, there are a bunch of different, often better yeasts available for making a great cider. Some are designed for higher alcohol ciders, while others are better for making the classic 5% alcohol versions. Our personal favourite is S-04. 

    How did we come to that conclusion? We tried them all!
