White Wine Juice
Our juices are the foundational product of KJ Urban Winery. Only KJ does 100% pure grape juice for winemaking in this easy to use style.
Since 1981, we have travelled to Europe each fall to collect, crush and juice winemaking grapes from across the continent. Once we have the juice at our facility in Bingen, we flash pasteurize the juice and hot fill it to ensure a clean, bacteria and yeast free environment.
Our juices come packed in a food grade 11.2L (2.9 U.S.gallon) plastic canister that is hermetically sealed. Each canister weighs approximately 12.8kg (28.2lbs) and comes with one 5g package of our preferred Yeast. Our shelf stable white juices will last up to 24 months in their original packaging.
