  • Saison Maison - Escarpment Labs

    Made by Guelph's own Escarpment Labs Yeast Company. This is their Saison Maison yeast. This yeast has a fruity Saison flavour profile without the STA1 enzyme. Amyloglucosidase enzyme is recommended to ensure an ultra-dry beer. Alternatively, we suggest a long mash at low temperature (65ºC for 90 minutes) to produce a highly fermentable wort. Non-diastatic saison yeast, for brewers who don't want to worry about diastaticus.
