  • Starter kits are a great way to get started brewing. Our different kits have everything you need to get that first batch cooking. 

  • Potassium Sorbate (40g)

    Use Potassium sorbate to prevent fermentation. It essentially prevents the fermentable sugar in a liquid from fermenting. Alone, it is not enough to stabilize wine, but it works really well with stabilizer or metabisulphite. 

    Usage:

    - We use it a lot of any off-dry wines we make. 

    - 1 tsp/22L of wine. Mixed with hot water. 

    - Can be added at racking, at fermentation, or both.
