Wine enthusiasts, rejoice! We are excited to announce the upcoming arrival of our 2024 Chilean Malbec juice, available exclusively through pre-order. 

What makes our Malbec special?

• Rich and expressive: Prepare to be captivated by the indigo hue and explosive bouquet of dark fruit aromas, featuring notes of dark cherry, cocoa, and black pepper. This Malbec is our richest and most full-bodied offering, guaranteed to tantalize your palate.
• Alcohol content: While subject to slight yearly variations, the typical alcohol content falls within the 14-15% ABV range. Starting gravity is generally around 1.100 to 1.110.
• Two distinct options: Choose from the classic method utilizing only the juice for a delicious and readily drinkable wine. Or the blend of Malbec grape skins and juice available exclusively with our Malbec. Resulting in an even fuller-bodied wine ideal for cellaring and savoring in the years to come.

Each 11.5L order of both the standard and skins version of Malbec will be enough must to produce 14-15 750ml bottles of wine. This is NOT concentrated and please do NOT add any water to it. 

Please note, this product arrives fresh and unpasteurized. It must be picked up within a week of arriving at KJ and fermentation must begin immediately. We expect the arrival to be in mid to late April.
