Eli’s first beer! One of his favourite beers is super dry Japanese rice lager Asahi, and this beer is his homage to that. Hajimari is loosely translated to mean “To start, or the beginning” which is very apt as this is Eli’s first beer on what we know is going to be a long brewing journey.
This beer is very light and crisp. Easy drinking, and very low in sugar and calories. The kind of beer you can enjoy watching the American Thanksgiving football slate. Perhaps quenching your thirst after raking the leaves, or after stringing up the Christmas lights on a balmy November day. Its also a great beer to hand over to newer beer drinkers who might be a bit scared of the whole ‘craft’ thing. Get them started with this beer and maybe it will be their Hajimari too.
