2024 Fresh Apple Cider!
Arriving Sept 18 -- Must be started by October 1st!
Packaged in 11.5L canisters.
The estimated original gravity on the fall 2024 cider is 1.046. An OG in that range results in a 6.1% ABV (if taken down to 1.000), though you can of course adjust the starting level of sugar to suit your preferred style.
Price does not include yeast. We recommend using TF-6, AS-2 or Escarpment Labs' House Ale.
Potassium metabisulphite is not required pre-ferment. Pectic enzyme pre-ferment & Bentonite mid-ferment recommended
Due to the fresh nature of the cider, this item can NOT be shipped. We will be offering local delivery for cider orders.
