Citra Hops

Citra is a very new US hop with parentage from Hallertau Mittelfruh, East Kent Goldings, and others. It has high alpha and strong tropical fruit aromas and flavors. By far, one of our most popular hops.
Citra is especially good as a late addition, or dry hop. It is practically wasted if boiled for more than 15 minutes.
