  • Starter kits are a great way to get started brewing. Our different kits have everything you need to get that first batch cooking. 

  • Acidulated Malt

    Use of Acidulated Malt can lower wort pH resulting in better mash efficiency, intensififed fermentation, lighter colour, improved flavour stability and enhanced flavour. 

    We tend to use Acidulated malt in our brews, with Guelph water we find we need about 3-4% of the total grist to get a balanced mash pH. For a 5 gallon batch this equates to around 4 ounces.
