    Shipping Promotions

    We shop online, and we know how much it sucks to pay for shipping. For the past couple of years we have done everything we can to keep shipping costs as low as possible, but it can be challenging to offer competitive rates as a small business. 

    We have been hard at work thinking on ways we can reduce shipping costs for our clients. Starting today, here are some ways we can get your order to you for free or at a very reduced price. All of these promotions are for items shipped within Canada only, and at this time, exclude the territories. 

    Free Shipping

    • Orders over $100 that weigh less than 3KGs will be eligible for free shipping.
    • Orders over $150 that weigh less than 10KGs will be eligible for free shipping.

    Large items are excluded from this promotion, and the size of an item can greatly increase the shipping cost. If you are not seeing the free shipping option at checkout, take a look at your cart and see if you have any large items in there.

    Orders will be shipped with either Canada Post or UPS. 

    Flat Rate Shipping

    • Overs between $50-$100 that weigh less than 3KGs will be eligible for a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99

    Shipping via Canada Post Lettermail

    • Dry Yeast Shipping: $3 for up to 5 dry yeast packages shipping via untracked Canada Post Lettermail. Packages can take 1-10 business days to arrive. 
    • Escarpment Labs Flat Rate: $4.50 per Escarpment Labs package sent via untracked Canada Post Lettermail, but in an insulated bubble mailed with an ice pack or two. Packages can take 1-10 business days. FYI: Kveik strains are very resilient and can handle longer shipping times.

    Local Delivery

    • Free local delivery on orders over $50 within Guelph/Rockwood. No limit on weight!
    • $5 local delivery on orders below $50 within Guelph/Rockwood.
