We LOVE hazy IPAs here at KJ, and we’re not alone. More and more breweries are making super juicy, hop forward beers. Hell, we have 3-4 recipes that are all like that. One thing all of these delicious hazy beers have in common is their high ABV. They tend to range from 6.5-8.5%, but sometimes you simply don’t want a beer with that much booze in it. Enter HAZE, designed and brewed by our very own Jeremy Morris. HAZE has the same super juicy, hop forward notes of NEIPAs but in a sessionable package. Registering in at 5.3%, it is just that bit lighter from its bigger hazy brothers.

Homestretch Pale Ale
It’s the dead of winter and we’ve been drowning our malaise in thick porters and stouts. There is still lots of winter left, and yet, we are also embarking on the last leg of this winter journey. This beer is a homage to both heavy winter beers, and lighter spring brews. It features a malt heavy profile that is bolstered by a sweet bitterness imparted by the Sabro hops and the Voss Kveik yeast.

The Student
What better time to think of the plight of the university student and their perpetual lack of funds than September. This is the month Guelph’s population swells with students, and so we have a beer specially designed for the student budget, but everyone’s taste-buds. Our goal was to design the cheapest beer to make that still tastes good. This is “The Student” a CPA for September. BUT, because we love students so much we will be extending this promotion on this beer INDEFINITELY!!!
This beer is amber in colour, it has a nice full bodied malty flavour with light hop bitterness to back it up. It will be easy drinking and respectable. We hope you enjoy it!
