Pomona - Escarpment Labs

Made by Guelph's own Escarpment Labs Yeast Company. This is their Pomona yeast. A blend of a couple different strains designed to produce a beer with big PEACH flavour. Great for blonde ales, IPAs, Hazy's. This one is all about the peach flavours.
