Our Ontario hops are from The Hop House, based out of Strathroy, ON. They have incredible smelling hops that we can't wait for you to get your hands on.
Their Cascade hops has a pleasant sweet aroma and a distinct citrus characterisitc, they're very versatile and can be used in most styles - in particular IPAs, Pale Ales, and Blondes.
