BA-11 is our in house white wine yeast for our Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and all off dry variants.
BA-11
- Promotes clean aromatic characteristics and intensifies mouthfeel and lingering flavours in white or sparkling based wines.
- Encourages fresh aromas of tropical fruit, cream, vanilla and spice in relatively neutral white grape varieties.
- This is also a good yeast for Cider.
