    S-23 Lager Yeast

    This is a genuine bottom fermenting commericial yeast for lager and pilsner beers. 

    We like to use it to make amber lagers, and find it works really really well right at 12°C

    Fermentation Temperature: 9°c - 22°C, ideally 12°C - 15°C

    Storage: Cool, Dry conditions (<10°C)

    Floculation: Medium

    Dosage Instructions: 11.5g in 10-15L at 11°C - 15°C
