Wakatu Hops

Wakatu is a blend of Hallertau and New Zealand male. It has a pronounced earthy-sweet floral Hallertau character underscored by tropical fruit notes typical of New Zealand varieties. It has a very unique flavour profile that is significantly different from European and American hops. Give it a try!

Alpha Acid: 6.5-8.5%
Beta Acid: 8.4-8.6%
