Rice Hulls

We like to use rice hulls anytime we make a batch bigger than 6 gallons. Using rice hulls in the mash prevents a stuck mash during the lautering phase.
Typically 1/2 to 1LB of rice hulls per 10 gallon batch is sufficient.
