Elysium - Escarpment Labs

Made by Guelph's own Escarpment Labs Yeast Company. This is their Elysium yeast. A blend of a couple different strains designed to produce clean, clear IPAs with tropical fruit notes. Specifically pineapple, as well as Guava notes. The floc is high with this one, absolutely do NOT use for hazy beers.
