We’re super excited to launch our new Ferment-on-Premise Cider and Spritzer Programs, designed for those who want to craft their own batch of premium cider and spritzers, and have them conveniently packaged in cans. Choose from three delicious options: cider, white wine spritzer or rosé spritzer. This program is an extension of our popular wine ferment-on-premise offering, but with the added bonus of a canning appointment and a quicker, 4-week turnaround.

Place Your Order
To get started, simply place your order. Choose your adventure: Cider, White Wine Spritzer, or Rosé Spritzer. Ordering can be done easily online, over the phone, or in-store. Once your order is in, we’ll prepare your fermentation space and get you ready to begin! -
Fermentation
Over the next 4 weeks, your product will ferment here on our premises. -
Canning Appointment
After fermentation, you’ll return for your canning appointment, where your cans will be filled and sealed. Once canned, your batch is ready to take home, chill, and enjoy!
