American Pale Ale – 5.5 Gal - OG 1.056 – FG 1.012 – ABV 5.6% - IBU 30 – SRM 5
This is a blend of our “Pail Ale” and “Citra SMaSH” Brewing Class recipes. Combined you get the sweet, malty notes from Pail Ale and the citrusy fruity notes from the Citra. It is an excellent all-around Pale Ale that anyone can enjoy.

- Biscuit Malt x 0.2lbs
- Honey Malt x 0.2lbs

- Carafoam x 0.5lbs
- Acidulated x 0.1lbs
Hops
- Cascade - 0.5oz @ 60 minutes
- Cascade - 1.5oz @ 5 minutes
- Citra 2.0oz @ 5 minutes
Yeast
- Voss Kveik (Escarpment Labs)

- Irish Moss - 1 tsp with 15 min left in the boil
