Perle Hops

Perle is a great dual purpose hop. It gives good clean bitterness, but can also offering great aromas. Often it is used in lagers, we feature it in our Kamil's Kölsch and the People's Lager recipes. It is also ones of the hops used in the famous Sierra Nevada Pale Ale!
