Spritzer (12 cans) Ferment on Premise - Order Online

We’re excited to launch our new Ferment-on-Premise Spritzer Program, designed for those who want to craft their own batch of premium spritzers and have them conveniently packaged in 355ml cans. Choose from two delicious options: white wine spritzer or rosé spritzer. This program is an extension of our popular wine ferment-on-premise offering, but with the added bonus of a canning appointment and a quicker, 4-week turnaround.

How It Works:

1. Place Your Order
   To get started, simply place your order for your spritzer kit. Choose your preferred spritzer base (white wine or rosé) and the quantity—each batch includes 12 cans of refreshing spritzer (355ml per can). Ordering can be done easily online, over the phone, or in-store. Once your order is in, we’ll prepare your fermentation space and get you ready to begin!

2. Fermentation
   Over the next 4 weeks, your spritzer will ferment here on our premises. We provide you with a pre-measured canister of either white wine spritzer or rosé spritzer, each formulated to create a crisp, refreshing, and light drink with a perfect balance of fruit and effervescence.

3. Canning Appointment
   After fermentation, you’ll return for your canning appointment, where your 12 cans of spritzer (355ml each) will be filled and sealed. Once canned, your batch is ready to take home, chill, and enjoy!
