It's no secret that Devon loves Christmas, so we're not surprised that she's knocked out another festive brew. This month's snickerdoodle special is a strong Belgian Ale whose wintery notes of sugar-and-spice-and-everything-nice are reminiscent of the iconic Christmas cookie. Flavoured with cinnamon sticks and vanilla extract, this well balanced, Golden beer is a perfect match for a cozy night with a Christmas movie by the fire. - Golden Promise x 9.0lbs
- Golden Naked Oats x 2.0 lbs
- Flaked Oats x 1.5lbs
- Honey Malt x 1lb
- Acidulated x 0.1lbs
Hops
- Fuggle (7.4 AA%) - 0.67 oz @ 60 minutes
- Fuggle (7.4 AA%) - 0.33 oz @ 5 minutes
Yeast
- BE-134
Extras (Must be purchased separately)
- Cinnamon Stick - 1 stick added to the fermenter 2 days before bottling
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp added at bottling
- Irish Moss - 1 tsp w/15 minutes left in the boil
- DME/Dextrose - 170g at bottling for priming
